If Pretty Driven does not currently ship directly to your final destination, you may choose to use an independent freight-forwarding service. A freight forwarder provides a delivery address in a destination Pretty Driven serves, receives your Pretty Driven package there, and then arranges a separate shipment to your final destination.
Important: When you use a freight forwarder, Pretty Driven ships only to the forwarding address you enter at checkout. You are responsible for arranging the onward shipment, confirming the forwarder's requirements, and completing or approving any customs information required for the second shipment.
How Freight Forwarding Works
- Select and register with an independent freight-forwarding company of your choice.
- Obtain the exact warehouse address, customer number, suite number, or account reference the forwarder requires.
- Enter that information as the shipping address for your Pretty Driven order.
- Pretty Driven ships your order to the forwarding address selected at checkout.
- After the package is accepted by the forwarder, arrange the onward shipment to your final destination directly with the forwarding company.
Before You Place Your Order
- Confirm that the forwarder accepts every type of product in your order, including handbags, jewelry, silk accessories, apparel, or other goods when applicable.
- Review the forwarder's prohibited-items rules, insurance options, storage limits, repacking practices, fees, customs services, and delivery estimates.
- Follow the forwarder's address format exactly. Missing customer, suite, or account information can delay or prevent the forwarder from identifying your package.
- Confirm which customs documents the forwarder expects you to complete and whether it requires additional country-specific tariff-code digits.
- Remember that Pretty Driven fulfillment or preorder timing and the forwarder's transit time are separate.
Where Pretty Driven's Shipment Ends
Pretty Driven is not affiliated with, operated by, or responsible for independent freight-forwarding companies. We do not select a forwarder for you and cannot guarantee a forwarder's delivery time, insurance process, storage practices, repacking, customs handling, or customer service.
Pretty Driven tracking covers the shipment to the forwarding address entered at checkout. Once the carrier confirms delivery to that address, the onward shipment is managed by you and the freight forwarder.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, orders routed through an independent freight forwarder are treated as final sale after confirmed delivery to the forwarding address. Pretty Driven is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, storage issues, repacking issues, customs issues, or misdelivery that occurs after that confirmed handoff. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before using a freight forwarder.
Customs Information & Product Classification Reference
If you or your freight forwarder arrange an onward international shipment, you are responsible for completing, reviewing, and submitting the customs information required for that shipment. Accurate product classifications, descriptions, country of origin, and declared values help customs authorities identify the goods and assess any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, or restrictions.
Pretty Driven provides the reference information below based on the classifications and product descriptions currently used for these products. Customs requirements can vary by destination and can change over time, so always verify the final classification and documentation requirements with your freight forwarder, customs broker, or the destination country's official customs authority before submitting your declaration.
Understanding the Codes
Important — 10-Digit Codes Are for EU Imports Only
The 10-digit EU TARIC codes shown on this page are strictly for shipments being imported into the European Union. For all other countries, use the 6-digit Global HS Code as your starting point. If your destination country requires additional tariff-code digits, those country-specific digits must be added to the end of the 6-digit HS code according to that country's customs requirements.
- International HS Code: The first six digits are the internationally standardized Harmonized System classification.
- European Union CN Reference: The European Union extends the HS classification to an eight-digit Combined Nomenclature (CN) code.
- Additional Country-Specific Digits: Some destinations, including the European Union through TARIC measures, may require additional digits or information. Verify those requirements before filing.
- Outside the European Union: Use the six-digit International HS code as your starting reference, then verify any additional national digits required by the destination country.
For current European Union requirements, you can verify classifications and measures through the official EU TARIC database.

Country of Origin
For the products listed above, the current country of origin is China. Country of origin means the country where the product was manufactured or produced. It does not change because the product is sold by a U.S. company, ships from the United States, or first stops at a U.S. freight forwarder.
Declared Value
Declare the actual purchase value of each item using the amount shown on your Pretty Driven order confirmation or invoice. If your destination or forwarder requires another currency, convert the value according to its instructions. Do not intentionally undervalue merchandise or substitute a lower value for customs purposes.
Duties, Taxes & Forwarding Fees
Freight-forwarding charges and the cost of the onward shipment are separate from Pretty Driven checkout unless specifically stated otherwise. Your final destination may also assess duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, import fees, or other costs. These amounts are determined by the destination authorities and/or your forwarding provider, not Pretty Driven.
Customs Reference Notice
The customs information on this page is provided as a reference for customers arranging independent international shipping. Pretty Driven cannot guarantee that a customs authority or forwarding provider will accept a classification without additional information or country-specific digits.
It is your responsibility to confirm that the codes, descriptions, country of origin, declared value, and other information entered on your customs paperwork are complete and accurate for your destination. Import rules and tariff classifications can change.
Pretty Driven is not a customs broker and cannot guarantee customs clearance, duty or tax amounts, processing times, or the handling of a package after it has been transferred to an independent freight forwarder.
Returns & Shipment Issues
If the package or contents have a problem at initial delivery to the forwarding warehouse, please email Pretty Driven within 3 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery, including your order number and photographs. For voluntary returns where eligible, the shipment deadline is 7 calendar days from that delivery, subject to applicable statutory rights, including UK cancellation and return rights. Issues that occur after the package has been accepted by the forwarder—including loss, damage, delay, storage, repacking, customs processing, or final delivery—should be addressed directly with the forwarding company and any insurer you selected. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
