How to Get Pretty Driven

Pretty Driven ships directly to a growing list of destinations. If direct shipping is not available where you live, there are still a few ways you may be able to receive your order.

Where We Ship Directly

Current direct-shipping destinations:

United States, Canada, England, Wales, Scotland, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Option 1: Ship to Someone You Trust

If you have a friend or family member in a destination Pretty Driven can ship to, you may choose to send the order to their address and arrange the onward delivery with them.

Option 2: Hotel Delivery

If you are traveling to a destination Pretty Driven serves, you may be able to ship your order to your hotel. Contact the hotel first to confirm that it accepts guest packages and to ask exactly how the shipping address should be written.

Option 3: Freight Forwarding

You may choose to use an independent freight-forwarding company that provides you with a delivery address in a destination Pretty Driven serves and then forwards the package to you.

Pretty Driven does not select, recommend, operate, or control third-party forwarding companies. Any forwarding service should be researched and chosen by the customer.

Before Using a Third Party

Important delivery rule

Orders shipped to a friend or family member, hotel, or freight forwarder are treated as third-party deliveries.

Once tracking confirms delivery to that third-party destination, Pretty Driven is not responsible for loss, damage, forwarding issues, storage issues, or other events that happen after that handoff, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Items shipped using one of these third-party delivery methods are final sale and are not eligible for return after the third-party handoff, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for any additional fees created after Pretty Driven's original delivery, including onward-shipping costs, forwarding charges, hotel handling fees, or customs charges created by the third-party forwarding process.
