Before You Submit

7-day shipping deadline / UK statutory rights

For eligible voluntary returns outside the UK, hand your package to the carrier within 7 calendar days of delivery. In the UK, qualifying online orders may be canceled within 14 days of delivery, followed by 14 days to send the items back. Any longer rights required by law are preserved.

Product conditions

Purses: tag attached, original packaging, both straps, and dust bag.
Necklaces: tag attached, clear bag, and microfiber pouch.
Scarves: tag attached and wrapped/protected.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Please email support@prettydriven.com within 3 calendar days of delivery if your package or its contents arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your name, order number, and photographs of the package and items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
